The move is finally over and done with!

Apologies to everyone for the inconvenience
Moving has been an absolute nightmare! Long story short - all the software's been updated, and things should be back to normal now.
Although, there should be no more problems w/ the software, or database. the DNS changeover can take 24-48 hours for "nodes to propagate" <Gillian said this sounds painful, sure does to me too! LOL>
If the host itself is down (they promise 99.9% uptime but we know how that goes ), you'll get a time out msg on FF/IE but otherwise, looks like the worst is over.
Might still take the software at least another 24 hrs to normalize, so avoid sending PMs. You can send EMs via Board (the email addy is encrypted for privacy reasons), but digest might take a while to get back to usual settings as well. Hopefully by Sunday, digests should go out as usual..
Thanks so much for your patience, and understanding. Papa J and I have been up for almost 48 hrs straight working on the move, more like 70 after driving 8 hrs RT to Washington, DC on Thursday. Sheesh, whatta PITA this has been.
Again, I'm so so sorry this turned out to be such a difficult transition
The only thing we've lost in terms of our archives/continuity is 3-4 msgs that didn't get routed to yahoo on Thursday evening.
As for the Board, we are missing msgs posted since around 3 p.m. Thursday. Shawn has kindly offered to post them on our behalf, so pls give us a few hrs update the posts in last 48 hrs, ok. I'll go get us started on copying missing Board msgs from yahoo right now.
Feel free to start any new topics of course, we'll just have to wait a bit on replies to recent posts.
